How do you book with us?

1. Share your requirements – purpose, group size, dates, duration, start location, transport needs, budget, key priorities, desired experience, accommodation preferences, meals/drinks, and any special requests.

2. We create a tailored proposal – sent by email; adjustments are made until it fits your needs.

3. Confirm the proposal – once approved, we handle all bookings and send confirmation.

4. Payment – deposit on confirmation; balance due 40 days before departure.

5. Pre-trip review – itinerary, rooming, dietary requirements, packing list, etc.

6. On-site support – we are present before, during, and after the trip, providing professional, responsive service.
